URL encoder / decoder

Paste or type your text and it converts instantly. Encode mode percent-encodes any text using encodeURIComponent (the default, which escapes /, ?, & and other URL structure characters) or encodeURI (which keeps them so a full URL stays intact). Decode mode turns a percent-encoded string back into readable text, with an optional plus-as-space toggle for application/x-www-form-urlencoded data. Malformed sequences like %ZZ show a friendly error instead of blank output, and emoji and CJK characters round-trip correctly.
